Surprised at the low quality of material and the size was easily one whole size off. (Too small)

The printed information on the T-shirt comes off in the dryer, maybe heat is too high, I've had to re-order many shirts because the writing comes off in the dryer.

I was happy with the website design program. I’m happy with the printing. I ordered a cotton T-shirt and I thought the quality was a little flimsy. I would’ve gladly paid a few extra dollars for a better quality T-shirt.
