Minerva Red
Back in 2008 Anneke Majors noticed Minerva Teichert's use of a particular shade of red in her work. She mentioned that she wanted a Minerva Red crayon. Well, Crayola hasn't met our demands yet, but you can celebrate Minerva's life and work (and subversively point at the religious significance of the color red) with this pop art-style rendition of the Minerva Red crayon. Proceeds from the sales of Minerva Red products will be split between supporting the hosting costs for A Motley Vision and helping Anneke pay for grad school. For more on Minerva Red, read Anneke's AMV post: www.motleyvision.org/2008/minerva-red/
