De Stijl Violations

De Stijl Violations

De Stijl was an artistic movement centered in the Netherlands which focused on reducing art to its most basic elements. Straight lines, squares and rectangles, red, blue, yellow, black, and white. Its most famous supporter was Piet Mondrian. I included a circular shape in this composition, which is probably making Mondiran spin in his grave.
