I was disappointed when it arrived because I was very disappointed how small the logo was the size of my thumb I was expected a bit bigger so next time please make the logo a bit bigger because when I saw it on the website I thought it was a good size but I was a bit it was a massive let down

The hat itself is great, the logo print was about half the size depicted on the website. The hat has been returned. The return process went really well though.

We thought out logo would be embroidered, and not just printed on a sticker and stuck to the cap. We're extremely disappointed with the quality as well- it really looks like you guys printed a sticker and put it on the hat. How can we return it and get a refund? Thank you.

As far as quality goes, it’s a little flimsy compared to my other SnapBack, I can look past that though. One of the bigger issues is with the coloring, I chose the “red and blackl and yet the underside of the bill is green, how and why? For a positive comment I’d need more space.
